“Bespoke by Karina have been fantastic to work with. Our new ceramic plates and stitched cutlery sleeves look incredible and have really elevated the dining experience across the restaurant. What sets them apart is the service—it's so easy to pick up the phone and chat through ideas, and Jade always goes above and beyond to find the right solution. We’re currently working on branded wine glasses, and are super excited to bring them to life!"

FAQs

Lead times vary depending on the complexity, quantity, materials, and finishing requirements of your project. The development and sampling process also contributes to the overall timeline. As a general guide, most projects take between 4–12 weeks from final sample approval to delivery. We can normally provide an estimated timeline at the quotation stage, followed by a more detailed schedule once the project moves from final approval into full production. Any changes requested after final approval may affect lead times (and costs), depending on the stage of production. We will always discuss any implications with you before proceeding.
Every project is quoted individually to ensure you receive the most cost-effective solution for your requirements, and we always work as closely as possible to your budget. As a general guide, pricing depends on a range of factors, including order quantity, materials, print specifications, finishes, dimensions, logistics, and delivery timescales. We can accommodate urgent bespoke orders where required, although this will typically affect the overall cost of the project.
In most cases, yes. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary depending on the packaging type, materials, branding, and production processes involved. We will advise on the most suitable MOQ during the consultation stage and can often recommend alternative solutions for smaller production runs. We can also suggest pricing structures based on order volume, with discounted rates typically available for larger quantities. In most cases, the higher the order quantity, the lower the unit cost.
Once your enquiry has been submitted, we will be in touch shortly to discuss your project. (1) CONSULTATION: This can take place via email, telephone, video call, or where logistically practical, in person. During this stage, we discuss your requirements in detail to ensure your vision, objectives, and expectations are fully understood from the outset. (2) DEVELOPMENT: We take your concept and start to develop a tangible product that aligns with your brand guidelines, specifications, budget, and project goals. Our design team can assist with structural packaging design, digital mock-ups that put your brand in action, and even the preparation of production-ready artwork. (3) SAMPLING: You will receive final artwork, technical specifications, and where applicable, a physical sample. This stage allows you to review and approve the quality, functionality, and overall appearance of the product before moving forward to (4) PRODUCTION: Once written approval has been received, your project will proceed into full production and your vision will start to become a reality.
You will have a dedicated point of contact throughout your project, providing clear and regular updates at every stage, from design and sampling through to production and final delivery. However, you may reach out to us at any time.
Yes. Repeat orders (with no changes) can typically be processed more quickly. Any changes made to a repeat order, even small changes, may impact lead times and costs. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the overall cost of a repeat order will be the same; pricing may vary over time due to factors such as changes in raw material costs, global supply chain conditions, freight charges, currency fluctuations, and inflation.
Payment terms vary project-to-project. All terms will be established during the developmental stage of the project.
We can arrange both domestic and international deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated based on a range of factors, including the delivery destination, order volume, packaging dimensions and weight (whether goods are shipped on a pallet), method of transportation (whether goods are shipped by land, sea, or air), and any special requirements. Subject to agreed logistics arrangements, we can also co-ordinate phased deliveries to multiple locations, or scheduled stock call-offs from our warehouse facilities.
Yes. We can discuss storage options for customers who require stock call-offs. However, any storage arrangements, associated costs, and call-off terms must be agreed and formally approved before implementation.
100%. We actively encourage the use of environmentally conscious materials and can recommend recyclable, reusable, and more sustainable packaging solutions that do not compromise on quality or performance.
With our extensive global supply chain, we are able to service almost any bespoke packaging or printing requirement across many industries, including hospitality, jewellery and gift, coin and medal presentation and corporate, to name a few.
Simply contact our team with details about your project requirements. We'll arrange an initial consultation (via email/phone/video call/in person) to discuss your objectives, and guide you through the next steps.
